The average employee uses 30 cloud services at work, according to cloud security vendor Skyhigh Networks.

Some services are more risky than others, however. Skyhigh ranked 16,000 different cloud service providers based on whether they encrypted data, respected customer privacy and intellectual property rights, allowed anonymous use, deleted data immediately on account termination, and whether they had been recently compromised — 50 different security-related attributes in all.

The services were also ranked based on the number of users, since the more employees of a company used one of these services, the higher a risk it posed to the enterprise.
